18 days ago you did not “fulfill” my order. You finally picked my order today. I’ll reserve judgment til they arrive but am feeling less than enthusiastic about the delay and highly skeptical about your accuracy levels.

Once again, no contact to the customer concerning any delays. Poor form.

I waited 3 weeks just for my order to be sent out. I received an email today saying its finally been sent and then another email asking for a product review? I haven't received the product yet!

Finally these shoes arrived after 4 months waiting but I absolutely love them. They are a fantastic wide fit which suits my feet and they look great. If Pimpos can just sort out the delivery they would be perfect.

Beautiful shoes, very comfortable.
Runs slightly large but this makes it perfect for socks
Good things come to those who wait.

Still waiting, I think my Order was forgotten

Took over a month. I then asked for order to be cancelled. Didn’t listen

advised in April that this show would not be available until early June. Early June came and went with a couple emails back and forth - shoes arrived middle July - nearly 4 months since originally payment. Other than this the shoes are great - would i wait again NO - would I buy again NO but am happy with the one pair of shoes I will always have. Thank you

I love you guys. I have a few pairs of the chocolate flats. This time around though, I didnt realise pre sale items would take months to arrive. I'm still waiting on delivery. In the past though it has been speedy delivery. I cant fault pimpos on customer service. Quick replies to messages and emails.
The shoes themselves are awesome. I always get comments when I wear them out and they are super comfy.

It was disappointing that there was no feedback about the orders hold up from you. I was only given information about the hold up after I contacted you. At no time did you offer to provide a different product quicker, offer a refund or discount on the current or a future order. Very poor service.

The shoes are wonderful, pretty, comfortable & feel great to wear, I love them.
However if it takes 2 months from when I payed to actually receiving them, then to be honest that is absolutely appalling, especially for a business of that caliber. Not once was I contacted about my order, it was I who contacted you & in the end I was quite annoyed.
I’ve ordered another pair to see if your company is that bad or if it is just how pre-payed items go but as of now, I am yet to be contacted & these shoes were not a pre order.
Good luck in your endeavours but the company needs to work on customer relations (especially on late orders) & talk more to their clientele. Trust me, more people with keep coming back if they think you care for their business.

It's a bit difficult to review the product as I haven't yet received it!
I am quiet annoyed as i was emailed on the 10th of July to say that they were finally on the way after having been ordered in May and 2 weeks later they haven't arrived. I received another email today (24 July) giving me a tracking number that doesn't work.
What I would like to know is where are my shoes!!!
It won't be long until I ask for a complete for refund.
Please reply with an acceptable answer!

The shoes were perfect, no issues what so ever!
However 3 months to send something within the same country is woeful, i know they were a preorder but it took several messages asking for an update before being told they were busy with other orders and pre-orders weren't a priority even though they had already arrived, was told they were shipped and wasn't given any way to track to verify that they were in fact sent

Took 4 months to get my order, the only contact I ever got was when I made contact first! I will never ever buy from you again! Shitty service, shitty exuses, the shoes aren't that awesome that I will go through that again! Beware!!!

I love my new Butterfly Chocolaticas, well packaged and a very happy customer. It was worth the wait!

Love the shoes, they are super comfortable and for me very stylish.

This is the third pair of these I have bought, I love the colours and different personalities that each pair has. So comfortable and easy to wear all day.

These are really cute and are actually the first pair I've bought with two different designs, one for each foot. Getting lots of compliments!
